Shipping & Delivery

 Enjoy fast & free shipping on all U.S. orders over $85! Orders typically take 3-5 business days to process and leave our warehouse due to a high volume of orders. Once your order leaves our warehouse it'll be at your doorstep within 2-7 business days. 

Express Shipping

We offer one day express shipping for U.S. domestic orders via UPS Next Day Air. Orders must be placed before 11 AM EST to leave our warehouse on the same business day, and will arrive by the next business day. Business days are Mon-Fri, not including weekends or holidays. Orders placed after 11 AM EST will leave our facility on the next business day, and will arrive to the customer on the following business day.

For example:

-An order placed on a Thursday at 9 AM EST will leave our warehouse on Thursday (same day) and arrive by Friday (next business day).

-An order placed on a Thursday at 5 PM EST will leave our warehouse on Friday (next day) and arrive by Monday (next business day).

-An order placed on a Wednesday at 9 PM EST will leave our warehouse on Thursday (next day) and arrive by Friday (next business day).

-An order placed on a Friday at 9 AM EST will leave our warehouse on Friday (same business day) and arrive by Monday (next business day).

-An order placed on a Friday at 9 PM EST will leave our warehouse on Monday (next business day) and arrive by Tuesday (next business day).

Canada Shipping Options

We offer free shipping on all Canadian orders over $150 USD! Standard shipping rates are calculated based on order weight and value. Orders typically take 2-5 business days to process and leave our warehouse . Express shipping options are also available. 
 UK & EU We are currently offering free shipping on orders over $250 USD to all orders in the UK & EU.

International Shipping Options

Orders typically take 2-5 business days to process and leave our warehouse. International shipping rates are calculated based on your order value and weight. We currently offer economy options, and express shipping via DHL for faster delivery. Shipping times vary from country to country.

Customs Fees, Duties & Taxes

Additional duties and taxes may apply at checkout or at the time of delivery for orders outside of the United States. For more information on those fees please contact your postal office or local government for more information, or contact us for assistance.

Hyper Training Gear is not held responsible for any fees issued by customs which have not been paid for by the customer. Hyper Training Gear is not to be held responsible for delays to your shipment due to the carrier or postal holds issued by your country.
